In addition to a new release of uGet, we are also excited to announce that uGet for Android is now available in Google's Play Store.

We are excited to announce the immediate availability of the latest version of uGet, version 2. We've also started on a new development branch and there is a new update for that as well, beta version 2. We've also been working on the website quite extensively lately making improvements to the download section as well as the improving the Version Checking system. We are working to improve many aspects of uGet but we are only able to work on it in our free time, with your donations we can devote more time to uGet without stressing over those evil things called "bills".

Since our last Android related post we've made 14 release updates and over 50 notable changes so we can't wait to hear all of your opinions on uGet for Android! We've added some new features and made some bug fixes with this new release. We are currently in the process of updating all the supported distros with the latest version.
